  10/01/25 I have been turning to YouTube university as I called for several years probably to do stuff from everything from fixing the toilet to my interest in robots, to Ev’s to Living Alone  and recently Chinese technology…. But when I found these six exercises that Japanese do to extend their health into their later years, I really found something that I thought I could do that might change my own trajectory and staying healthy.
