11/18/25 Update

Another special evening in Asheville. Winter Lights at the NC Arboretum preceded by my girlfriend and I pausing for a great dinner at Apollo Flame. Adina was exceptionally cheerful and knowledgeable about the menu pointing out all of her favorites. The restaurant became extremely busy, she had a large party of guests to attend to and yet she made time to answer our every question and provide excellent service to complement our delicious food. Apollo Flame will always be our first choice in Asheville.

I stop in here every time I go to the Arboretum which is almost every week. The food is great but the desserts are Divine 😇
