🌼 The Four Noble Truth

  1. The Truth of Suffering (Dukkha)
    Life includes suffering, dissatisfaction, and unease. Even good things are temporary, which can bring stress or disappointment.
  2. The Truth of the Cause of Suffering (Samudaya)
    Suffering is caused by craving, attachment, and desire — wanting things to be different than they are.
  3. The Truth of the End of Suffering (Nirodha)
    It is possible to end suffering by letting go of craving and attachment.
  4. The Truth of the Path (Magga)
    There is a practical path that leads to the end of suffering — the Eightfold Path.

    Being aware and present in body, feelings, and thoughts.
  3. Right Concentration
    Developing deep focus and meditation.
