 I’m listening to the book happiness on Audible and it’s a great book covers a lot more than just breathing in and breathing out although that is the foundation for all of the Buddhist teachings, but I’ve really submerged myself in these Buddhist books and teachings because I find them to be. I don’t know an oasis of peace that I’m trying to find in this tumultuous world and it’s this world or America that is literally unsettling me and scaring me before test passed away. She would listen to the news every night on the MSN and the various personalities is Rachel Maddow and I think O’Donnell was the other guy‘s name who she always say how smart he is well, just the mirror mention of the word Trump before I would go to bed would bother me with unsubtle me and now here we are several years later.
