Mountain Meditations- Hooker Falls

Sitting beside beautiful hooker Falls in Dupont Forest, which is a part of Pisgah national Forest. A beautiful peaceful day, resting by the waterfall. There were families there with children, enjoying the serenity and the challenge of being in the forest. I have my little Shih Tzu, Zeke and many people have their dogs. It’s just really a beautiful place for everybody to visit and I wanted to bring a piece of it home for us to enjoy.. I’ve now reached the age of 76 years. I’ve done a lot of hiking. I’ve seen a lot of beautiful places, but as Dorothy said in the Wizard of Oz, there’s no place like home there’s no place like home.
