Presentation, Flavor and Finesse. The trifecta for a perfect meal. We had just finished hiking at Holmes Educational Forest and wanted to punctuate our day with something special. I can’t explain how to get there so thank god for Google because get there we did and were greeted, despite our hiking attire, like special guests… including our Shih Tzu, Zeke who hails from a higher social order than we.
Our waitress was quickly able to recommend ‘what’s best’ not based on the soup of the day but her personal experience and choices which speaks to the quality and authenticity of the fare. We ordered the Salmon and Tuna steaks which were delivered by the chef straight from the grill. As I mentioned, the Presentation was persuasive. Pretty as the pictures, each was like a work of art…then the Flavor… truly Devine 😋😋😋
Zeke was happy with the ample supply of fresh cool water and got his fare share of attention from other dog loving patrons seated on the patio. The whole experience felt casual and comfortable without pretence or charade yet with a definite quality of dedication and Finesse.
